The Pro Parâng mountain tourism & ski association with
a juridical personality ,of private interest, non governmental,
nonpolitical that unfolds it’s activity according to this
country’s laws and a Statute.

Promoting Romanian mountain tourism in a new way which
should contribute to the economical development of the region;
The development of Romanian mountain tourism by foreign
exchanges with tourists;
Practicing mountain sports, especially extreme skiing;
Organizing sportive, educational and cultural manifestations
which should bring young people;
Organizing hikes, practicing winter sports in groups,
for foreign amateurs and amateurs from this country;
Extending and strengthening relations of friendship
and collaboration between national and international associations
with the same profile;
Marking, remarking, rearranging and over heading the
mountain routes;
Protecting the mountain fauna and flora;
Taking part at actions of gathering wastes from the
mountain area;
Promoting studies and information about a the protection
of the environment;
Insuring a suitable equipment for practicing mountain
sports;
Constructing a mountain refuge (or taking over in property
management), with fitting endowment and trained personnel to resist
climaterical conditions and the mountain traffic;
Training mountain guides capable to handle any situation;
Together with other institutions we should make necessary
materials like: maps, guidebooks, equipment, etc.
Initiating the teenagers in practicing tourism and mountain
sports;
Sustaining the mountain rescue teams during rescue operations
Organizing symposiums and seminars;
Elaborating and carrying out projects in the field of
tourism .
The association wants to unfold its activity in The Parâng
Mountains with the possibility of organizing actions in the nearby
mountains in collaboration with other associations that unfold
their activity in those areas.
